Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
Harvest: by hand into crates, starting in the last ten days of September.
Vinification: soft pressing, racking of the must and controlled fermentation.
Maturing on fine lees for 4 months.
Ageing: In stell tins with the noble lees for 6 months.
Maturing in the bottle: at least 3 months.
Size: 750 ml bottle.
Packaging: single box and carton of 2, 3 or 6 bottles.
